Ingredients:

Enriched Parboiled Rice [Long Grain Rice, Niacin, Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Thiamin (Thiamine Mononitrate), Folate (Folic Acid)]; Whole Grain Parboiled Brown Rice; Whey; Parmesan/Cheddar/Romano/Blue Cheeses* (Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes); Salt; Broccoli*; Enriched Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin (Thiamine Mononitrate), Riboflavin, Folate (Folic Acid)]; Autolyzed Yeast Extract; Rice Flour; Modified Corn Starch; Onion Powder; Sodium Citrate; Parsley*; Buttermilk*; Natural Flavors; Xanthan Gum; Sugar; Nonfat Milk*; Spice; Butter* (Cream, Salt), Citric Acid; Lactic Acid; Annatto (Color); Turmeric (Color); Maltodextrin. *Dried. DIRECTIONS:

Cooking directions: Stovetop - preferred method: Step 1: Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet, 2 1/4 cups water and 1 tbsp butter (optional) into a medium saucepan. Stir well. Step 2: Bring contents to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered 10 minutes. Step 3: Remove from heat. Set aside 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve. Alternate cooking method: For best results, use stovetop cooking method. Microwave: 1. Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet, 2 1/4 cups hot water and 1 tbsp. butter (optional) into a 2-qt microwave-safe glass bowl. Stir well. 2. Cover tightly with microwave-safe glass lid or plastic wrap and microwave on high for 5 minutes. 3. Reduce to medium (50%) for 10-12 minutes. Remove from microwave. Let stand covered 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. Adjust cooking time as needed.
