Ingredients:

Made from: Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate [Vitamin B1], Riboflavin [Vitamin B2], Folic Acid), Water, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Soybean, Hydrogenated Cottonseed), contains 2 percent or less of: High Fructose Corn Syrup, Salt, Mono and Diglycerides, Soy Lecithin, Malted Barley Flour, Turmeric and Annatto Extracts for Color.

DIRECTIONS:

Keep frozen. Basic instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (oven must be preheated). 2. Remove all wrapping. Place pastry shells on ungreased baking sheet with "top" up. Wrap unused shells in plastic wrap or foil and return to the freezer. 3. Bake for about 20 min. or until golden brown and puffed. 4. Use fork to remove "top" and soft pastry underneath. Top may be used as garnish. Note: Shells can be baked up to 24 hours ahead of time. 5. For extra crispness or to reheat, return shells to oven at 425 degrees F for 3-5 min. 6. Serve with a filling of your choice. Helpful hints: For more golden brown color, brush top only of unbaked pastry shells with an egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp. water). Bake as directed above. Dark baking sheets, parchment paper, non-stick baking liners and insulated pans may affect the baking time. Adjust time accordingly. For more helpful hints and recipes, visit puffpastry.com.
