Ingredients:

Water, Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Dehydrated Potatoes (Potatoes, Mono & Diglycerides, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Citric Acid), Sour Cream (Sour Cream [Cream, Nonfat Milk, Cultures], Cultured Nonfat Milk, Citric Acid), Soybean Oil, Salt, Natural Sour Cream Flavor (Sour Cream Solids, Whey Protein Concentrate, Natural Flavors, Yeast Extract, Salt), Onion, Natural Butter Flavor (Whey, Butteroil, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt, Guar Gum, Annatto and Turmeric [Color]), Eggs, Chives, Spice.

Contains: wheat, milk, soy, egg.

DIRECTIONS:

Keep frozen. One step preparation directions: (Keep frozen until use). To heat & serve: Boil: 2 quarts of water. Add frozen pierogies and heat for 5-7 minutes (until they float); drain. Or in a microwave safe bowl, cover pierogies completely with water and loosely cover bowl with plastic wrap. Microwave on high approximately 5 minutes; drain. Saute: frozen pierogies in skillet with butter or oil. Turn occasionally until golden brown on both sides, approximately 8 minutes. Bake: frozen pierogies in a preheated 400degrees F oven on a rimmed baking sheet coated with nonstick spray. Spray both sides of the pierogies. Bake 18-20 minutes until pierogies are puffed and nicely browned. For best results, turn pierogies over halfway through bake time. Deep fry: frozen pierogies in 350degrees F oil for 4 minutes until pierogies float and are crisp. Grill: (countertop "grilling machine") frozen pierogies 5 minutes in a preheated grill. For best results, spray both sides of pierogies with nonstick spray before grilling.
