Ingredients:
Long Grain Parboiled Rice Enriched with Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Niacin, Thiamine (Thiamine Mononitrate) and Folic Acid, Chicken Bouillon (Salt, Mono-Sodium Glutamate, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Chicken Flavor [Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Salt, Chicken Fat, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavor, Silicon Dioxide, Chicken Powder, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate], Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Granulated Onion, Yeast Extract, Chicken Fat [Rendered Chicken Fat, Nonfat Dry Milk Solids, BHA, Propyl Gallate, Citric Acid] Granulated Garlic, Silica, Chicken [Cooked Chicken, BHA, Propyl Gallate, Citric Acid], Ground Celery, Parsley Flakes), Dehydrated Minced Onion, Salt, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Dehydrated Green Bell Peppers, Garlic Granulated, Ground Coriander, FD&C Yellow # 5, Silicon Dioxide (to prevent Caking), Annato Powder.

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add contents of rice packet and 1 tablespoon of Goya® Olive Oil, corn oil or butter. Stir. 2. Boil for 1 minute, cover tightly, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 25 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3. Stir rice and serve. Makes 5 (1/2 cup) servings. Some great Goya ideas for dinner! Classic Chicken and Rice: In a skillet or saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of Goya® Olive Oil or Corn Oil. Add 3 to 4 chicken pieces, saute 5-7 minutes until nicely browned. Drain excess fat, but do not remove chicken, add 1 1/2 cups water, bring to a boil. Add contents of rice packet, stir, cover tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, cook 25 minutes. Arroz con pollo, ono-dos-tres! Garnish with green peas, Goya® Pimiento Strips.
