Alaska Pollock, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed and/or Soybean), Water, Yellow Corn Flour, Modified Corn Starch, less than 2% of: Sugar, Dehydrated Potato (Potatoes, Mono and Diglycerides), Dextrose, Salt, Yeast, Whey, Baking Powder (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Maltodextrin, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Modified Tapioca Starch, Colored with Paprika, Annatto, and Turmeric Extracts, Natural Flavoring, Sodium Tripolyphosphate, (To retain fish moisture), TBHQ (to protect flavor).

DIRECTIONS:

Keep frozen. Cooking directions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. Conventional oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. 3. Arrange uncooked fish fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets. 4. Bake uncovered 21 to 23 minutes until coating is golden brown and crunchy. Turn fillets over after 14 minutes of cooking. Cook fillets thoroughly before serving. *Fully cooked fish must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher. Microwaving is not recommended.
