DIRECTIONS:
Keep frozen. How should I cook 'em? Stove top: place desired amount of frozen spinach in 1/2 cup of boiling, salted (optional) water. Bring water to a boil again. Cover, reduce heat, simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, or until tender. Drain if necessary. Season to taste and serve. Avoid overcooking. Microwave: place spinach in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover, and cook on high for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Drain, season to taste, and serve. Note: microwave cooking times may vary depending on the brand of appliance used. Please consult the manufacturer's instructions. Suggested use: mouthsize bites of spinach, perfect for sauteing. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw and refreeze.
