Maltodextrin, Salt, Green Bell Pepper, Onion, Tomato Powder, Sugar, Spices, Jalapeno Pepper, Corn Starch-Modified, Natural Flavors, Garlic, Lime Juice Powder, Vinegar, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid.
DIRECTIONS:
You will need: 1 lb plum (Roma) tomatoes (4-5 medium), diced*. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 14 oz can of drained, diced tomatoes may be substituted. Easy to make: Makes 16 servings. 1. Place diced tomatoes and onion in a medium bowl. 2. Add contents of pouch and mix. 3. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to blend flavors. 4. Stir and serve with tortilla chips. Serving suggestion: Fruit salsa: combine 1 pouch of salsa mix with 2 cups chopped fruit. Mangos, peaches, pineapples, oranges and papayas work well. Chill for 30 minutes, stir and serve.
