DIRECTIONS:
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Basic cooking instructions: Bulgur cooks quickly. Add one cup Bob's Red Mill® bulgur wheat to two cups cold water. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain off excess liquid. Serves four. Diets rich in whole grain foods and other plant foods low in total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers.
