DIRECTIONS:
Keep frozen. Cooking directions: *For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F. Microwave: 1). Place broccoli in microwave safe dish. 2). Cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes* (3 1/2 minutes* for half package); stir halfway through cooking. 3). Drain. (Cook time based on 1200 watt microwave; cook time may need to be adjusted for your microwave). Stovetop: 1). Place broccoli in saucepan. Add 1/2 cup water (1/3 cup for half package). Bring water to a full boil over high heat. 2). Reduce heat to medium-high and cover. Cook for 5-6 minutes* (4-5 minutes* for half package), stirring occasionally. 3). Drain. From our chef. Broccoli casserole (serves 4): 1). Cook 1 package Birds Eye® baby broccoli florets-according to pkg. Directions; drain. 2). Combine broccoli with 2 cups cooked rice and 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese. 3). Pour into a greased casserole dish. 4). Top with 2 cups butter-flavored cracker crumbs. 5). Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven until heated through.
