Servings: About 2 - Water: 2/3 cup - Butter: 1 tbsp - Salt† (use less if desired): 1/4 tsp - Milk: 2 tbsp - Mashed potatoes: 1/2 cup - Microwave times: 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Servings: 3 or 4 - Water: 1 1/3 cups - Butter: 2 tbsp - Salt† (use less if desired): 1/2 tsp - Milk: 1/3 cup - Mashed potatoes: 1 cup - Microwave times: 2 1/2 to 4 minutes. Servings: 33 or 34 (entire package)†† - Water: 13 1/2 cups - Butter: 1 cup - Salt† (use less if desired): 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp - Milk: 2 1/2 cups - Mashed potatoes: entire package - Microwave times: microwaving not recommended.
