DIRECTIONS:
Bring 7 cups of water to a rolling boil. Whisk in chili mix and 1 can (6oz.) tomato paste. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste. Yields about 8 one cup servings. For variety, try this meal recipe idea: prepare Bear Creek's Darn Good Chili as per directions. Cook 1 lb of ground beef. When both are ready, mix the cooked ground beef, 1 can of diced tomatoes and 1 cup of salsa with the chili. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.
